Frequently Asked Questions

  • We currently ONLY deliver to San Diego County. We offer next day delivery.

    Delivery window is between 8:00am-6:00pm. We do not guarantee specific delivery times.

    Please submit all delivery instructions including gate codes and apartment numbers. If there is no answer at the door after 5 minutes, we will leave the arrangement at the door.

  • Flowers are fleeting, but these tips should help you get the most out of your floral arrangement: 

    1. Keep your arrangement away from direct sunlight and heat. 

    2. Change the water in your vase every 2 days to provide fresh water to your blooms. 

    3. Remove wilting petals or leaves. 

  • We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance for weddings and 1–2 months for other large-scale events. Our calendar fills quickly, especially during peak seasons.

  • We work with trusted local growers and premium wholesalers to source the freshest, seasonal blooms - prioritizing the use of local flowers whenever we can, with a focus on sustainability and quality.
